Shipping policy
Most product will ship within 24-48 business hours. Any exceptions to this lead time will be communicated to you via email or phone call.
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of freight and to choose a shipping method appropriate for your needs. NuCoat is not responsible for shipment delays caused by weather, delayed trucks or other forces outside of our control.
The customer accepts 100% responsibility for properly notating any and all receiving remarks on the BOL, especially damage to the shipment at the time of delivery. Any damage upon receival is required to be documented to the driver before the driver leaves, and must be informed in writing with photos, to the Dealer immediately. The customer understands that any undocumented damage or potential damage, may not be covered by CobraFlex or their Dealer. CobraFlex and its Dealers do not offer a guarantee on delivery claims if all information is not properly provided and documented and may result in the customer being responsible for a portion or the entirety of replacement costs.
All product is subject to applicable tax charges based upon the shipping location. If you have a tax exempt form, please submit the form to info@nucoatinc.com and reference the email address your account is linked to. NuCoat will update your online account as tax exempt, for future orders, upon receipt of the form.
Any changes to the ordering email address may impact your tax collection status. Your account is directly linked to your email address, therefore it is the customers responsibility to inform NuCoat of any changes that may effect the collection of taxes.
