Return Policy for DTF Printers, Heat Presses, Parts and Consumables:
Ink and Consumables:
Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and a maximum refund amount of $1,000 allowed per year collectively across all returnable DTF product. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Parts and Accessories:
Unused items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and a maximum refund amount of $1,000 allowed per year collectively across all returnable DTF product. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Equipment Sales:
All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns. Issues are repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.
Return Policy for Transfer Paper:
Suitability of the finished product for end use is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. NuCoat implies no warranties. All claims and/or requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the shipment date. NuCoat will not accept claims after 60 days. Proper visual inspection of all pallets upon receipt is solely the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the receiver. Any visible damage to a pallet, shrink wrapping, boxes or product, at the time of delivery must be documented on the BOL and NuCoat and carrier must be notified immediately. Return shipments will only be accepted for credit with prior authorization. In the event of any problems with the product: please submit samples of defective material together with an explanation of how the product is defective. NuCoat will immediately test the samples. If it is determined by NuCoat that there is a direct problem with the product that does not match the product qualified, NuCoat will authorize either a return of product, credit for product or some other agreed to remedy. If product is returned, a credit will be issued for the defective product upon receipt. In some cases, a credit may be issued without the return of the product; however this requires prior approval.
Please be sure to evaluate the Standard Product Fact Sheet and evaluate samples to ensure the product is compatible with your printer and ink. ALWAYS test to determine the suitability of this paper for use with your equipment and your methods. The Seller’s and Manufacturer’s maximum obligation shall be to replace any paper that has been proven to be defective. Neither the Seller nor the Manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this paper.
